Q: What's the time of delivery?
A: For materials available in stock ready to ship, we can do delivery in 1-3 days. For custom orders, usually 7-15 days after deposit received.
Q: How do you deal with the quality problem of the products?
A: We will confirm with you about the specification in words first, then send sample accordingly, after you confirmed the sample, we start the mass production. Sample will be sent again to confirm when the goods are ready.
