Raw material preparation: First, the plastic particles are hot-melted and stirred into a paste, and then evenly coated on the T/C knitted fabric base according to the specified thickness.
Foaming treatment: The coated material is placed in a foaming furnace for foaming treatment to make it soft enough to adapt to different products and requirements. Surface treatment such as dyeing, embossing, polishing, matting, etc. is carried out at the same time as it comes out of the oven to meet specific product requirements.
Surface treatment: After foaming and coating, various surface treatments are carried out on the semi-PU leather, including dyeing, embossing, polishing, matting, etc., to obtain the desired appearance and texture.
